Paul joins the Concord team as a Project Engineer. Prior to joining Rodan, Paul served as the Senior Account Development Representative with Humanscale, and prior to that, was the Director of Acquisitions and Development with the Monolith Group. Paul is new to the GC industry but brings to Rodan over 12 years of experience in project management and real estate development and sales, and a proven ability to develop key relationships with clients. He holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Development from the WP Carey School of Business (top of Class: Beta Gamma Honor) and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara. When Paul isn't working he enjoys cooking, traveling, hiking with his dog, spending time with family, remodeling homes, and vintage cars.
