An optimist at heart, Dan faces every day with a positive approach and confronts challenges with integrity, guided by his values without compromise. As CEO, Dan is responsible for cultivating and maintaining business partnerships and advancing our practices to accommodate future growth. He has over 20 years of experience managing public works projects in the greater Bay Area region and has extensive experience in education, healthcare and institutional work.

As one of the founders of 乐播传媒, Dan credits much of the company鈥檚 success to its people. 鈥淔or me, it is all about finding the right people that fit our culture; people who are honest, hardworking, humble, and who value relationships.鈥� He continues to be deeply involved in mentoring staff and believes in the value derived from grooming the younger generation into successful leaders not just within Rodan, but in the industry at large.

Dan earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico. He holds a Construction Health and Safety Technician certification and received his Construction Quality Management certification from the Army Corps of Engineers. He is an executive member of the Chico State Construction Management Advisory Board and is also a member of the San Francisco Boys and Girls Club Facilities Committee.

Dan鈥檚 inspiration comes from his wife, Lauren, who is his sounding board for all of his ideas, and his children, Michael and Emma. Outside of work, Dan enjoys hiking and spending time in the water.
