Laney College, the largest community colleges of the Peralta Community College District, is located in the heart of downtown Oakland. For this project, ÀÖ²¥´«Ã½ installed the underground utilities for several of the buildings on the Laney campus. This required the aid of trenching and back-filling, subcontractors to dig up the parking lot, and connect the utilities.
